Napoleon Rodezno
Dr. Napoleon Rodezno is an experience educator who brings to the CCCC community a wealth of knowledge and expertise as an educator and leader. With over 25 years in education and having various leadership roles, Napoleon is deeply committed to fostering student wellbeing and academic achievement in a safe and inclusive environment at the College.
Napoleon has served as senior leader at other Catholic Schools in the Archdiocese of Melbourne. His roles include Acting Principal, Deputy Principal, university lecturer and educational consultant. These positions allowed him to cultivate a positive and faith-driven community of learning, a commitment he looks forward to continuing at Caroline Chisholm Catholic College.
Napoleon’s passion for education is underscored by his academic accomplishments, including a Doctor of Education from the Australian Catholic University in 2008. His studies focused on the multifaceted nature of inclusion in the school setting. He is dedicated to leading the College's mission by embracing its Catholic ethos, Gospel values, and the ministry of Christ. His vision includes empowering staff, students, and families, ensuring that their voices lead to agency as they contribute to shaping our college community.
