Laura Ruddick – Deputy Principal of Learning and Teaching

Laura Ruddick is the Deputy Principal of Learning and Teaching and started with Caroline Chisholm Catholic College in 2022. In the short time she has been with the College, she has led her team to make continuous improvements across the portfolio. Her vision for the next few years is to overhaul learning and teaching at the College to ensure that students are provided with the best educational experience and seeing both students and teachers reach their full potential and achieving beyond expectations. Laura is an experienced educator in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne having previously held leadership positions at Williamstown High School and Suzanne Cory High School.
