Lara Bracco - People and Compliance Leader

Lara Bracco has been a valued member of Caroline Chisholm Catholic College since 2002, bringing over two decades of experience in business administration and human resources. With a Certificate in Business Administration, Bachelor of Business Management (Human Resources), and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). She has built a deep understanding of the complexities within people management and compliance. Throughout her tenure, she has held key roles including Accounts, Assistant to the Business Manager, and Payroll Officer, shaping her expertise in supporting the College’s operations and workforce.

As People & Compliance Leader, Lara is passionate about fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, ensuring that staff feel supported and valued. She takes great pride in the recruitment process, welcoming new team members and guiding them through their journey at the College. Her commitment to professional growth and adaptability allows her to navigate the evolving challenges of human resources, ensuring the College remains a strong and inclusive workplace.
